Focusing on mergers & acquisitions and restructurings, Andrew Petryk has significant transaction experience with companies in a broad range of industries. As leader of the Industrials practice at BGL, Andrew has significant experience with companies providing highly engineered products and services throughout the U.S. and abroad. In addition, he has successfully completed financing engagements for both public and private companies. Prior to joining BGL, Andrew held positions in public accounting, private equity, corporate finance, and institutional sales. He also worked in the structured finance and loan workout departments of a large Midwest based bank.
 
Ben joined Cooper Parry in 2002 and has over 20 years M&A experience. Ben advises business owners and management teams across the business and industrial services sectors including cross-border and domestic company disposals and private equity transactions.
Ben has been a Board member of REACH for the last seven years. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant (“FCA”) and holds a BSc in Accounting Finance from the University of Birmingham.
 
With many years of experience supporting medium-sized M&A transactions, Philipp Elsen is well placed to provide strategic advice in areas such as corporate acquisitions, sales processes and succession planning to shareholders, management teams, and investors.
As head of the Business Services sector team at REACH, and as a member of the consumer/e-commerce, defence, food & beverage, and healthcare sector teams, he combines in-depth industry knowledge with practical M&A expertise.
He earned his MSc in International Business from the renowned Maastricht University, complementing his sound consulting expertise with an international perspective.
He is also a lecturer for corporate finance at Maastricht University.
 
Paulo founded Condere in 2006. In almost 20 years of operation, he has carried out more than 150 transactions for the most diverse sectors, involving Brazilian and foreign investors, in different countries such as Mexico, Canada, Argentina, USA, Netherlands, among others. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Global M&A Partners and a leader in Latin America. Previously, he was a senior executive at JP Morgan Chase and Banco Patrimônio/Salomon Brothers.
 
Ivan Alver is a co-founder of Saga Corporate Finance. Mr. Alver has served on a number of boards both as executive and non-executive member internationally. He has worked as an Investment Banker since 1997.
Prior to this, he was an executive in the aquaculture industry where he held positions as controller, marketing director and head of business development.
 
Martin joined RIóN in 2002, and has participated in over 70 transactions advising on company sales, divestitures, acquisitions, public offerings and valuations. To date, Martin has successfully closed transactions in diverse sectors such as Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals, Food and Beverage, Consumer Products, IT, Retail, Financial & Insurance, Business Services, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Packaging, as well as Oil & Gas.
Prior to joining RIóN, Martin was an entrepreneur who founded two companies and also worked in consumer products (Procter & Gamble) as well as in management consulting (The Boston Consulting Group).

BS in Industrial Engineering, with honors, from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM).
Served (and serves) on the Board of Directors of various companies within sectors such as pharmaceutical, manufacturing, water services, financial services, IT services, construction, education, among others, as well as on the Investment Committee of a Private Equity fund.
Expert witness in various International Arbitration proceedings, on behalf of the United Mexican States and the Dominican Republic.
Member of Mexican National Rowing Team 1992-1998; 1995 Pan American Games bronze medalist, 1993 and 1998 Central American and Caribbean Games silver medalist.
 
Mr. Ronald van Rijn is partner of JBR since 1998. Mr. Van Rijn has more than 22 years of experience in corporate finance and strategic advice. Focus on mergers, acquisitions and restructuring.
Ronald graduated in Business Economics in 1989 at the Erasmus Universtity of Rotterdam and has since then managed over 100 national and international M&A transactions in a variety of industries such as Healthcare, Maritime and Offshore, Energy, TIME and Food & Agriculture.
