Emilia Martinez

Over more than 30 years, Emilia has developed her career in leading pharmaceutical companies such as MSD, GSK and Pfizer where she has held positions of increasing responsibility in different areas. Among others, she has been Director of Marketing, Director of Operations, Director of Strategic Planning and Director of Business Development in Spain. At Pfizer, she has headed Business Development for Europe. She has numerous operations and agreements of different types with Spanish companies and European, American and Japanese multinationals, as well as national and international management of a wide range of projects. She is Partner and Strategy Advisor at OndaMédica, a company specialising in Health Innovation and the development of Telemedicine. Member of IPLG and PLGS, where she has held the position of Vice-President. Emilia is a medical doctor by training, and has postgraduate studies from Instituto de Empresa and Insead.
