Gonzague de Vial joined ANQUOR CORPORATE FINANCE in 2024 as Managing Director. He has 13 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry previously working in Novartis as Transaction Project Lead and Group Urgo as Corporate M&A Manager. He leads several transactions in the OTC and Medical Device industry to expand the Company through external growth and establish itself in new geographical markets (Italy, India, Colombia) or new market sectors (OTx, Dermo-cosmetic, hearing aids). During his last assignment he oversaw the divestment of manufacturing plants for Novartis to CMOs following the transformation strategy of the Company. Gonzague holds a Master Degree in Finance from Université Paris Dauphine and a Specialized Master in Finance Engineering from EM Lyon business school. He speaks French, English, Spanish and Italian.
