Kathrin is the Head of Business Development and Marketing at REACH and currently works as a Freelance M&A Professional, advising on various sell-side and buy-side mandates, as well as arbitration cases.
Prior to this, she was an Associate Director at RIóN, where she spent 7 years since 2018, beginning her career as an intern in M&A and Business Development.
Kathrin has worked on numerous M&A transactions across diverse sectors, including Technology, Plastics, Manufacturing, Packaging, Clothing, and Logistics. She also has experience in the Venture Capital (VC) deal space. Additionally, as part of RIóN’s arbitration team, she contributed to multiple international arbitration cases.
She previously worked for RIóN’s former German REACH Partner, InterFinanz.
