My role includes advising on business disposals, acquisitions, MBO's, MBI's, PE/VCT raises, in addition to ongoing retained support such as financial modelling, business plans, cash flow forecasts and strategic reviews.
I have experience in a wide range of industries focusing on offering advisory services predominantly for owner managed businesses in the mid-market sector. Sector specialisms include, haulage, logistics, software, technology, digital, manufacturing, construction & recruitment.
