Sadat has over 15 years of global investment banking experience across North America and Europe. He is responsible for leading M&A, financing and other advisory mandates for public and private companies and institutional investors across various industries. Prior to joining Crosbie, Sadat has worked at J.P. Morgan, Lazard and National Bank Financial. He has extensive Canadian and cross-border transaction experience advising entrepreneurs, private equity firms and public corporations.
