Kyle Brown is a Director and senior member of BGL’s Healthcare & Life Sciences team, focusing primarily on Provider Services. Kyle has more than 10 years of investment banking experience, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, private placements, and other strategic assignments across several sectors, including specialty physician practices, outsourced hospital services, pharmaceutical services, payor services, diagnostics, research tools, wellness, and health facilities, among others. Prior to joining BGL, Kyle served as an associate at Wellspring Partners, the healthcare arm of Huron Consulting Group, where he conducted strategic advisory assignments associated with healthcare provider transactions.
