Michael Szadurski has 15 years of experience in corporate finance, valuation, and M&A, with a focus on renewable energy and infrastructure. He led international M&A transactions for a DAX40 company, so he has extensive expertise in complex transactions.

At REACH, he heads the energy sector team and is a member of the industrial, aerospace, and maritime sector teams. There, he combines in-depth industry knowledge with sound transaction advice.

He holds an MBA from the European School of Management & Technology in Berlin, which has given him an international management perspective to complement his expertise.
